rescheduling our Oktoberfest event is the only responsible course of action at this time.
If you have already paid online you will receive a full refund within 3-5 business days. If you RSVP’d and were planning to pay in person, you do not have to do anything.
KLSA and BCSC remain excited to host Oktoberfest in the future and we'll get back to you with information on potential dates in the coming weeks. We are heartbroken and know this is a challenging time for everyone. We appreciate your support and understanding!
