KLSA is committed to assist the “Operation Allies Refuge”. We are asking for your generosity and help us provide items for the Afghan refugees currently here in Ramstein. We will be conducting a “DONATION Drive” this Thursday, August 26 at Vogelweh Commissary and on Sunday, August 29 at Armstrong Club parking. Collection time on both dates will be from 10am to 2pm.

We will be collecting the following USO Ramstein PRIORITY List:

1. Food (needs to be halal — Pop tarts or Rice Krispies are not halal due to the gelatin)
2. Fruits
3. Individually wrapped, pre-packaged snacks (ie granola bars)
4. Baby items
- Baby and toddler formula
- Baby food (NOT in glass containers; NO meat)
- Baby spoons
- Baby powder
- Baby wipes
- Diaper creams
- Pacifiers
- Bottles (NOT glass)
5. Serving/Medical gloves

We will also be accepting these HIGH DEMAND items for KMC First Sergeants:
1. Flip-flops/shower type shoes
2. Feminine hygiene products (NOT tampons)
3. Men's clothing (NOT tank tops or shorts)
4. Blankets (Clean or new)
5. Towels
6. Baby clothes
7. Kids clothing
8. Pedialyte
